I am seeking advice on what other clubs have in third party insurance cover for club members who are engaged in filmmaking activities in public spaces. If a member of the public say trips over a tripod leg and injures themselves, who would cover the third party liability, the individual who equipment it was, the organiser of the shoot or the club itself?
Can you recommend any insurance company who would offer this type of cover.
