For those interested I can tell you now that Magix is releasing Movie Studio 14 at the end of Feb. 2017 with many new features.

Thanks for the information, Roy. I'll certainly be looking at the next in the series, although I did stick with v12 as I wasn't keen on the revised 'touch screen' style layout added to v13 (even though I believe it can be reverted to 'normal' operation).

The one aspect I hope they improve is the chromakey, and maybe some preset grading options as well, akin to Magic Bullet Looks.

However, I do hope they don't degrade the exceptional audio capabilities! Time will tell
