You Tube query

I regularly upload movies to You Tube with no problem. Created in Premiere CS4 and exported as F4v files and all is well. I have noted that I can upload files over the 15minute mark so I tried with a 16 minute project. I wasn't really surprised when it failed to upload after a couple of hours.
I remade the project to file to 15m15s and exported to f4v - sadly this again failed to upload to You Tube. I remade the file again to 14m52s and tried again. This failed once more, with You Tube giving the reason as 'Unable to encode file'.
I'm really puzzled so have any of you any ideas and suggestions please? Pete
