read the small print

If you are using BT to use Broadband in order to watch videos from any source and they won't play read your contract. Buried in tiny print among the conditions you are informed that:- if you watch videos and play games between 5.0 pm and 1.0am your download speed will be reduced to 1/2 of a Mbps, so it's no good complaining.
