This is slanted towards the American buyer, but there's a lot of good hints and tips given, and the video is worth watching.

Watched the piece - came across very well for general tips. Not sure about using a cam as a webcam mind.
I definitely won't buy from any store in the Bronx after hearing that! Good article though.
