The Sefton Short Film Festival is back for a fourth year and this time it's bigger than ever.

6 programmes over 3 days will feature the best in local, national and international shorts.

The festival runs from Wednesday 8th to Friday 10th October in Southport, Merseyside.

If anyone will be in the Southport area next week (or fancies visiting to see a load of top notch shorts) and would like to attend any of the sessions send me a PM or leave me a reply on here and I can sort you out with free tickets.

Wednesday 8th October
1-5 pm: The Best of S2F2: Award winning shorts from the previous 3 years of the festival.
7-10 pm: International Showcase.

Thursday 9th September
1-5pm: Capital of Culture. The best local filmmakers from the last 3 years
7-10pm: 2008 Program 1

Friday 10th September
1-5pm 2008 Program 2
7-10pm: Program 3 and prize giving.
