I saw this website that seems to dish out free fonts for titling.

Just the job as far as I can see.

Thanks, Billy. Now this could be a very useful source of links for adding to the main website's lists of links.

More ideas, please!

I have already put most of my sensible suggestions into the official links collection, but have not yet added one I found recently with the address:

www.girls-crack-it.org

No. No it's not.
The reference is to IT (as in Information Technology) and it is a set of links to sites which seek to empower young women. With the notable exception of Scotland our movement is mainly made up of men - though IAC currently has a female president and chairman. Of course there are women who have distinguished themselves as film makers, organisers and enthusiasts. There are just not enough of them!

That`s jolly good. An excellent font resource.
Do you realise there is a font called "Bad Films"?
Now what could we possibly use that for?

Another useful website is
www.steadycam-pro.com
which is NOT about the incredibly-expensive-professional device but a much cheaper device you can make yourself.

You can also find on YouTube a whole set of movies about home-made camera dollies.

With most such devices you also need to apply some smoothing technology such as Adobe After Effects or Mercalli to get really good results ... but they are cheap ideas to improve your film making options.

Cheers

Good site Dave. It's in my favourites for reference.
