I just wonder if anyone here knows what happened to Peter Dean and whether he's still around?

Peter's name was long associated with 8mm cine photography back in the 1960s and 70s, acting as editor on 8mm Magazine and Camera, as well as writing lots of articles for the likes of Movie Maker and Film Making during the 1970s, and books on the subject such as Home Movies in 1977.

And whatever happened to Stuart Rumens? One of the best writers after Ivan Watson - last I heard he was living in Sudbury, Suffolk.

Stuart lives in Cavendish and is still making films, if you are passing through Cavendish he lives at Cavendish Arts. He works in DVCAM and FCP nowadays and is contemplating his move to HD. (He is my brother-in-law so I am up to date!!)

Hey Ned - my father in law lives in Clare, just down the road. Next time I'm up there I should try and find Cavendish Arts. It would be great to have a chat with Stuart and see what he's doing.
