On October 8th in a local Megaplex 28 films under 5 minutes were screened in the annual Horrorfest. You can view them at the link above. I think that local challenges like this can produce remarkable results.

When I saw "horror" I immediately turned off as the genre does nothing for me and I was expecting a bit of a gorefest, but from what I've seen so far, it appears to be much more psychological horror than blood & guts. There are certainly some very polished films - well worth dipping into if you don't hav e the time to watch all.
