Willy, Ron Prosser passed on your apologies to me. Sorry you weren't able to make it and we all send our best wishes to Vera for a speedy recovery.
You missed some splendid films with quite a few 20minute films screened this year (some of which might have benefited from a further edit, in my opinion).
Best Drama and Audience vote went to Howard Perry's "Cuttings" which also won the audience vote.
South Downs had their usual haul of trophies with their comedy (and BIAFF 5 star) "Travel Companion" taking Best Comedy, Best Overall, Best Club Entry and Best Editing, and Alan Cross winning best documentary for his film "Ralph Waters" about a church organist. H elaos won best use of sound for a pice I imagine he composed himself for ""The Seven Sisters"
My own "Miracle on the Mantlepiece" won the "Best in no specific category" and came second overall.
