Edius 6 installation problem

I had a problem a few months ago with Edius, it simply failed to load and I got an error message saying that the installation was incorrect.
My backup system sorted the problem.
Today on the Grass Valley Edius forum another user has asked for advice on what seems to be exactly the same problem I had.
So Edius users be advised, do please make sure that you have a full drive image and boot media in the event of a similar problem occuring on your system.
