Happy Christmas

Hi All; There was a time when this forum would be buzzing with news, interesting topics and various (sometimes heated) discussions. Christmas time would bring a spate of good wishes and greetings as well as updates on what we are all up to, film wise and generally. But sadly this all seems to be in decline.
However, undeterred and even though I am usually the Christmas grump who says "Humbug to it all" and roll on the New Year, the awful year for us that was 2018 is coming to an end and family losses leaves you thinking about things more deeply. Perhaps we should still be optimistic and be nicer to each other beyond the usual commercialism and sometimes insincerity of the festive season. So on this Christmas Eve, may I wish you all a genuine Happy Christmas and a great 2019.
