Standard 8 and Super 8 Splicing

Does anyone have a contact to obtain the joining paste for splicing Standard 8 and Super 8 Cine film?

You can find film cement in many places on the internet.

One site selling Kodak film cement is on ebay.

If you click on this link below, you'll find a 15ml bottle for about £6.75 plus postage of £3.30

Of course there are many other sellers on the internet.

And if you're not happy with cement, I'd recommend a Fuji tape splicer which uses perforated tape to fit Super 8.
But I don't think they don't make a splicer for Standard 8mm.

I wrote it before I woke up this morning.

What I meant to say was:
