BIAFF

Post by Suziedave »

I was only saying recently that i had never met anyone who had been awarded a one star at BIAFF.

Well i hav now! I received a one star award for both films that I entered, they were both short and fun, and I have to agree with almost all the Judges comments for each of the films.

The moral of the story, is to keep ones thorts to ones self ha ha ha

But keep entering, as practice makes perfect and maybe one day you/I will win!

Congratulations to all for entered and did recieve an award well done!

Suzie, if the comments were helpful, then it's been a worthwhile exercise. Actually even if they weren't, it's been a worthwhile exercise because you describe the films as "short and fun" from which I can only assume you had fun making them. We may get very serious from time to time, but we are all hobbiests, amateurs call us what you like (yes, even you Michael Slowe), but we are making films for the love of it - either because we feel a desperate need to say something (which may be the case for one or two films per person) or because we enjoy it.

Anyway, many congratulations. You have two stars more than me this year! Not entering is inexcusable. Like not voting.
