Pinnacle Studio 17

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to put a Title overlay on a film clip with using Pinnacle Studio 17? I used to use Studio 14 (which was very straight forward) but Studio 17 is another matter entirely. I have downloaded the manual (double Dutch to me), looked on You Tube (more double Dutch) and also looked at their Forum and got part of the answer but it didn't work!! I can usually muddle my way through Editing programmes but am having trouble with this one!!
