Re: Club Forum Hosting

I agree with Chris. How many clubs have a forum which is busy? If I have a problem I usually phone up the club expert and usuall get the correct Guidance. If not I go on the net forums which are devoted solely to the subject I am in need of help of.

Re: H2 ZOOM DIGITAL RECORDER

I have a H2 recorder and find it very good but when I used my Stennheiser 400 as an external mic.I got a whistle above my audible range but younger audience found it ruined the track. the cause I have not yet traced but fear it's the external mic. The built in mic. is very good and if this can be u...

Re: H2 ZOOM DIGITAL RECORDER

Tom. As you suggested I had a look at the details of the H2n and indeed it seems to be a very good product, but at my time of life It might not be cost effective. Also it does far more than I would ever want from it. All I want is a good recorder to make voice overs and perhaps some background recor...

Re: H2 ZOOM DIGITAL RECORDER

Tim. Thanks for your kind offer. I am trying to find out how to transfer audio from the minidisc recorder to the timeline of Adobe Pro and Vegas 10. With no success as yet. I've downloaded a manual and it gives no indication of how to do it. It must be possible as so many people have used it for thi...

Re: H2 ZOOM DIGITAL RECORDER

Tom. Thanks for info. The average price I can get the Minidisc recorder for is £30-£50 with a dead battery. A replacement battery is £7-£8. The reason for buying this product is because most people commenting on the forum seem to think that the Minidisc keeps sync longer than say the Zoom H2 model. ...

Re: H2 ZOOM DIGITAL RECORDER

Tom. I have found two MZ-R35 units for sale but in both cases the battery pack might be dead, in fact in one case it is dead. Can the battery still be obtained and what is the battery make and model number. Thanks again

Re: H2 ZOOM DIGITAL RECORDER

Tom. What make and model of portable Minidisc recorder do you recommend. I note that Amazon and E-bay have quite a few on offer with different makes and model numbers and I am interested. Thanks Roy

Re: Window 8

Chris I take your point but it is a first for windows. Don't you think that continually touching the PC screen will result in a lot of finger prints meaning more cleaning of the screen after every use. I know my Camcorder has a touch screen and my finger prints are continually blurring the screen. H...

Window 8

Windows 8 looks interesting. The only thing I know about it is that it has touch screen operation as well as keyboard operation. Anybody know more about it? I saw a video about it being introduced in Asia but it didn't tell you much.

Re: Sony's camcorder with a built-in projector

Most holiday snapshooters ( like those in the days of film) hand hold their camcorders with a resultant irratating jerky images, now they are going to show those same images using a hand held projector. I can imagine the results, but the viewers will no doubt acclaim the results to be " awesome&...
