Re: New HD Camera

I have now found out how to get my film onto my editing programme (Pinnacle Studio 14) but find it very slow. Is there a better faster editing programme for HD that anyone has found.

Thanks

New HD Camera

Hi, I have a Panasonic HC-X900 video camera which comes with an HD Writer AE 4.1. I captured my film onto the HD Writer, thinking I could then transfer it to my own editing system, ie. Pinaccle Studio 14 but cannot find out how. I then tried to capture it straight to Pinnacle directly but that doesn...

Another You Tube question!

Hi, Another You Tube question. I have been trying to upload a disc from one of club members onto You Tube so I can put it onto our website but it won't upload. On looking at the disc, it says it is a UDF 2.01 file (whatever that is). Is that the proper file name? If it is, You Tube do not support it...

Re: You Tube

Thank you all for your advice. I did as you suggested Dave and ticked the box for "No Adverts" and so far a new film I put on has no advert attached to it. I cannot get rid of the advert already on my current film although I did take it off You Tube then put it back on, didn't make any dif...

You Tube

Hi, I have a short film on You Tube and a advert has attached itself at the end of my film, is there anyway to get it off? If not, would uninstalling it and reinstalling work? I want to put the film on our club's website but minus the advert!

Re: Problems with Sound on Pinnacle

Thank you so much you two, it is sorted. Your second suggestion Col Lamb worked ie. clicking on the windows speaker icon on the lower right corner of my screen. I believe myself and the engineer both tried that but we were not in Pinnacle so the sound problem did not show up. Anyway it was turned ri...

Problems with Sound on Pinnacle

Hi all, I am running Pinnacle Studio 14 for my edit programme. I have recently had my computer away to the man who built it for me to give it a health check and tidy up a few things. On return, I cannot get any sound from Pinnacle at all. Music does not play, videos run ok but no sound comes from th...

Film onto YouTube

To Dave Watterson

Hi Dave, my film is on YouTube in the right format ie. 16.9 A member of our video club put it on for me and had no problem so it was obviously something I was doing wrong!!!

Back to the drawing board.

Thanks for all your help

Re: You Tube

Dave,

I copied 30 seconds of my video and uploaded it on You Tube, but it hasn't made any difference. Still in 4.3!

Re: You Tube

I use Pinnacle Studio 14 but I know that doesn't allow me to upload to You Tube so I save the file onto my desktop then upload it from there. I have had no problems with my other films but they were in 4.3

I will do as you suggest Dave and send a portion of the film.

Thanks
