Judges comments, yes; but dividing up "the rest" into award categories must be a nightmare and very uncertain so don't bother. Perhaps I would hang a Gold award on a quiet wall but certainly nothing less. ned c "I would hang a Gold award on a quiet wall, but certainly nothing less.&q...

Am I Harsh? Am I fair? What do you think? It`s over to you . You're honest, Ian. Maybe I was of the only foreigners who was interviewed. It took me some time to record the interview in my club. Some friends helped me. David Andrew seemed to be very pleased with the result. I was standing next to a ...

Re: TV Viewing of DVD's

[quote="Michael Slowe"]Although the LCD screens are improving all the time (especially when viewing HD) I still prefer the Plasma screens. They seem to give a far warmer more natural image, as Dave says, but of course they are more expensive and probably have a shorter life span. Yes, Plas...

First, the Belgian film maker should have his award withdrawn because his film is obviously not a "non-commercial" production. In fact the absolute opposite. If he refuses then I would make a point of publicising that the award was in an AMATEUR Festival (ie "home movies", that ...
