BLU RAY RECORDER - PLAYER

Hi, Does anyone know where one can get a quality Blu Ray Recorder / Player (including the DVD facility)? I can find heaps of PLAYERS and the odd type pre set for Freeview TV but which apparently have HDMI and connection problems! Be grateful for any (kind!) suggestions / advice. Thanks. LEE. :?

Re: You Tube .......again

oooooo - Youtube and U!!! :) Yeah well my having just spun out of John's "circles" and Dave's comments about the industry feared that giving the artist's name etc. might associate them and their record label with a film ... I always understood this was concerning the quality of any dubbed, copied, r...

Re: Use of Replica Firearms

a response to edin: :) Replica FIREARMS! A few years ago we produced a film recording a local historic event from way back in the early 19th. century. (go to https://vimeo.com/136194799) if you so wish. Of necessity it involved the use of duelling pistols. We visited the Police and discussed what we...

Another halfpennyworth from me: 8) Anne originally certainly opened up a "can of worms"about © and Youtube! Virtually all the experiences mentioned I have experienced with YT since only last August, (2015) when I first started to use it for community TV purposes. The recent comment that "Youtube is ...

Re: Jon Grey - Tasmanian film maker RIP

:( I am extremely sorry and very sad to learn of Jon's death. Without doubt he was a fabulous film maker. His attention to detail was, in my view, unsurpassed. His "Antarctic Viewpoints" was a top winner in the Cotswold (C.I.F.V.F) as was his "Egypt Viewpoints". I still have the projection copies of...

Nah...worry thyself not John! Apologies certainly not needed! "Blast" is just one of my terms of use culled from things thrown at me from the IAC over the years. In truth I've become "immune"! You are however quite right it's got Off Topic but I felt my reply was essential following your comments. S...
