Tim I loved Greece is the Word.... what was the typo though?... I do not remember this.
I love the work you do with young actors, it is something close to my heart. We all need to shoulder the responsibility to provide opportunity and support to the next generation. Well done Tim!

Re: BIAFF 2016 - WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOUR RESULTS?
Could people write the name of the films they are talking about, would help Tim Stannard, what film are you discussing? Also gives me the chance to prepare for any vengeance attacks

Re: Article on IAC
How do people manage their Twitter feeds? I allocate at least an hour a day to Networking, this means tweeting to and replying to directors, writers and actors. I do this in the hope it might lead to an acting job or similar. I have landed 16 auditions this way so it does work sometimes. People love...

Re: BIAFF - the Festival
As I understand it the Vimeo mechanism is simply a means of grouping together videos that are uploaded on individuals' accounts. No you do not need to upload them, you create a playlist. On my channel I have a playlist of film that inspired me. The films remain on the channel of the film-maker. it ...

Re: Article on IAC
As an aside, whilst I think your suggestion that "We seek to make something to stop people in their tracks and pause a while." is laudable, I don't see that a film needs to do that in order to be valid. A simple record of events, told in an interesting way can be just as valid as can a si...

Re: Article on IAC
Why do people get upset by criticism? You'll all find that by the time you reach the age of 80 you'll be immune from its effects, I have! I welcome criticism, but nonconstructive rants I do not like. This was just posted to say sorry to any person who may read this in a way that suggests I am attac...

Re: BIAFF - the Festival
Ah - I have just read your article and realise why the comment on YouTube ... Jan Watterson is the webmaster, I am merely her humble assistant who does some of the chores ... Simply that You Tube is more accessible and communal. I have been on Vimeo for about 100 years and got one comment (My Broth...

Article on IAC
Mark Anthony Games here: I just wanted to say a couple of words regarding my article posted on the IAC website: http://www.theiac.org.uk/news/where-the-young-people-dwell.html I mean no offence to any person or society involved with the running and organisation of the IAC / BIAFF. I was simply posed...

Re: BIAFF - the Festival
Thank you Ken, I would have liked 5 stars for this, but it all depends on who judges really. The violence had to be intense to keep the realism and horror of their situation alive. 70,000 views on You Tube and over 200 emails of thanks from victims and survivors of Domestic Violence show we got it a...

I stand corrected, How did I not know there is a facebook page, I would have tagged had I known, sorry. However is the IAC and BIAFF the same thing.... it gets very confusing for a boy :o There seems to be some very interesting stuff on there so I will check it out as my diary allows. I agree with a...
