FCPX can edit AVCHD natively it can also easily edit the 4K video files that I produce on the Lumix DSLR that I have.
One area where FCPX seems to be way behind Premiere is in the variety of output formats and available adjustments. Or it maybe that I have not yet found the settings to use.
