The first results from the AMPS Festival are announced on their website (http://www.ampsvideo.com) ... some unusual results and a lot of success for British film makers.
Hearty congratulations to CEMRIAC's Kay Bamford-Burnell, whose Madagascar Rain Forest took top prize and Best Nature and SERIAC's Clive Hand whose Rome - Blood, Politics & Religion took second place and Best Documentary.
Glad to see our Canadian friend Mila Werbik doing well and Tsvetan Naydenov from Bulgarian doing well with top student award. (Some of you may remember that he flew over from Bulgaria to attend BIAFF a few years ago, when he was still a schoolboy.)
