You Tube query

Post by Peter Stedman »

Here's a Tuesday morning puzzle for you. For more than a year I've been uploading videos of more that 15 minutes to You Tube. These range from 16 mins to one over an hour. The average being around 30 mins.

Therefore it came as a shock last night when I uploaded one of 16m 20s to having it rejected as being 'too long'.

I have been through the help sections on YT including checking my account to ensure that I'm allowed to upload these larger files. All seems fine. Details of the file up loaded are as stated 16m 20sec and the size is 953mb.

Any suggestions please? Pete.

Well, I've solved my own problem. Took down the rejected video. Remade the H264 file, uploaded again and it all worked with no problems.
Isn't life wonderful!!! Pete.
