SJ1000 camcorder drops in price

Post by tom hardwick »

You may remember the review I did of the dash-cam in Positive Image a few months back. In fact it's just a click away on this very web site:

Well I've been over to Amazon to have a look at what they're selling it for today and I see you can get a brand new one delivered to your door for £39.58 - a lot less than the £60 they were just a short time ago.

I'm still very impressed with mine, as a still as well as a movie camera.

There is a reason why its dropped in price.

There is now a new model the SJ4000, which looks more like a GoPro.

The price varies and mine cost £72, with second battery, a 16Gb card, a car screen fitting and 12v car outlet power supply + the usual box of fittings for bike, helmets, arms, waist etc.

The SJ2000 is still available.

Like Tom I am impressed with the video it produces, the menu system is simple, easy to change from video, to still to menu by scrolling the mode button, no fiddling in menus. The only improvement they could make is to fit a larger lcd screen.
